Marwan Abdelhamid AKA Saint Levant is a Palestinian/French/Algerian/Serbian artist based in California. He was born in Jerusalem during the Second Intifada (28 September 2000 – 8 February 2005) He later moved to the Gaza Strip where he spent his childhood. In 2007 he was forced to flee to Jordan, where he spent 10 years until moving to California. Levant is unapologetic of his Palestinian identity and uses his music to explore his experiences.
